Weaning

Well, I finally decided that it was time for Gabe to not be nursing anymore. I let it stretch on because I had not been matched. I weaned him a little over a month ago at 15 months. He was only nursing at night and it only took about a week for him to realize that this milk machine was no longer in service. I loved nursing but I was done, I was ready to have my body back. The downside is, he now thinks that my chest is a sippy cup holder. I guess it makes sense, that's where his milk always came from before. LOL

IP info

K so it has been a long first week of school an I can not remember if i posted this before so I am being lazy and posting it again instead of searching for it.
I would prefer my IP's to be under 45 years of age and this be their first child. I can understand that you may want a larger family but I really want to help a family become a FAMILY and give them a child they may not be able to have on their own. I want them to feel the joy of being a parent.

Still Looking

I am still looking for that perfect match. I am not in a rush to find the perfect IP's. I am enrolled in my third semester in college. My son is growing like a weed both physically and mentally. He is signing more and more which makes it much easier on me when he is upset and I don't know what he wants. I was successful in my goal to stay home with him for the whole summer. This was both positive and negative. While I enjoyed every minute of being with him his first week back in daycare was really rough on him. He had adjusted by this evening (Friday) when I picked him up but it will probably start again on Monday until we can get back into the routine. I hope to update more as time allows but I am enrolled in 16 credits and working 20+- hours a week. If you would like to talk please email me and I will respond as soon as I can.
Best Wishes,
Lacie

Latest ad looking for IPs

I am a 27 year old single mom. My son is my shining star. I was adopted and through the stories of heartbreak and desperation that my parents tell, I know what it is like to long for a baby and not be able to have one. I am 5'6 brown hair and eyes. I am a little heavy right now but working on it. My pregnancy with my son was very easy on me, I only gained 20lbs and continued water aerobics until 5 days before delivering. I walked out of the hospital weighing less than what I weighed when I got pregnant. I also worked until the day I went into labor. All of my tests came back great. I eat very healthy and have a large garden and my own laying hens. I buy my milk from a local dairy that does not use hormones or other "additives". I am asking a base comp of 14,000 plus medical and other costs to be discussed. While I would prefer to stay close to home, I am willing to travel. I am currently enrolled in college and working towards my Early Childhood degree. I have a current background check on file with the state of Idaho. If you would like to know more please feel free to email and ask. I look forward to hearing from you.
